1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
We collect information that you submit to us directly, including when you register for an account, post or upload content, request information, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Services. This information may include your name, business email address, employer or entity you are representing, business mailing address, supplier or buyer relationships, invoice and payment data, and any other information you choose to provide.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your interactions with the Services, including IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, clickstream data, session duration, and similar usage information. We collect this information using cookies, pixel tags, log files, web beacons, and similar technologies. Many of these are provided in confirmation receipts and electronic signature documents viewable to other parties.
1.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including the entities that invite or transact with you on the Service (for example, a buyer or supplier counter-party), business partners, identity-verification providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and publicly available sources.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, measure performance, secure the Service against abuse, and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

4. How We Share Information
We share information in the following circumstances:
- Counter-parties on the Service. If you initiate, receive, or accept an offer on the Service, we share the information necessary to understand, track, complete, and document that transaction with the other party (for example, a buyer’s acceptance is communicated to the supplier and vice versa).
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who process information on our behalf, including hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, and customer-support tools.
- Partners and affiliates. We may share information with our parent, subsidiaries, and Partner Program companies, including — for a Partner Program company whose ad a user clicked, where that reporting is enabled for that company — ad-engagement identity data (name, email, company, company state and zip code, LinkedIn search link, and click date/time). You may opt out of this sharing at any time via the “Personal info” link in our website footer. After email verification, and please allow 48 hours to take effect, your personal info is replaced with “Opted out” in partner ad reports.
- Corporate transactions. If we are involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, information about you may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect our rights, property, or protection, or that of our users or others.
- We may share information with third parties.
5. Security
We maintain safeguards designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These safeguards are, however, not fool-proof, and no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we make no guarantees, either implicit or explicit, with regard to data security or retention. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
6. Data Retention
We minimize the information we retain. Different categories of data are kept for different lengths of time depending on the needs of our business. The Terms, Risks & Waivers page forms part of this Privacy Policy.
Account profile information may be retained for a reasonable wind-down period after closure or non-use of your account.
You and your counterparty are responsible for preserving emails and attachments and retaining your own copies of every executed agreement. The Service delivers the signed PDF and Confirmation Receipt by email at execution — save them to your records and do not delete them.
All other information in the system: (i) for an executed agreement between parties, we may, but are not obligated to, retain it in our systems or backups; or (ii) for other events that were not executed, information may be retained or deleted as determined solely by our business needs.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your request before fulfilling it and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any such email. Note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional and service-related messages.
8. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. To submit a request, email [email protected].
9. International Users
